Student discipline will be recorded on a daily basis for each student.  The student discipline sheet (or a copy of the student discipline sheet) will be sent home in each student's Monday folder.

Verbal warnings will be given prior to a mark being recorded for conduct.

The date of the week will be noted as well as the week for the six weeks period.

Marks will be totaled and noted at the end of each week.  A running total for the six weeks will also be noted for your information.

The six weeks conduct letter grade earned will be given to the student at the end of the six weeks period.  This letter grade will be based on the number of marks earned by the student for that six weeks period.  Letter grades for each six week period will be determined by the following method:

Excellent                      E    0-3 marks
Satisfactory                 S   4 -12 marks
Needs improvement   N  13-18 marks
Unsatisfactory             U   Greater than 18 marks
