Welcome to our classroom's home page. Check back often for announcements, homework, our class schedule, and other important information. I teach Language Arts and Science to the following homerooms: Hardin, Fuqua, and Fikac. I teach social studies to my homeroom students only.
Writing tutoring students will meet on Thursday afternoons from 3:45 - 4:45.
We are working on the following in Language: DOL (daily oral language) grammar, capitalization, and punctuation, and spelling list #16 which focuses on adding -ed and -ing to words with a final e. (damaged, damaging) The writing process includes: pre-writing, drafting, revising, editing, and publishing. We will continue to practice the writing process.
Science lesson: Chapter 5 - Six weeks science benchmark.
Social studies lessons - will focus on the people of the four geographical regions of Texas.
