Cuero ISD will begin participating in the USDA After School Snack Program, beginning Monday, September 17, 2007. A nutritious snack will be available an no cost at most Cuero schools. Please stayed tuned for more details.
The Cuero ISD Food Service department is seeking talented people to provide food service in its cafeteria operations. Currently we are hiring substitute cafeteria workers.

Cuero ISD is a part of the USDA National School Breakfast and Lunch programs and offers free or reduced meals to those who qualify. Application forms are available from your student's front office at anytime. Please understand that new applications must be completed and returned for approval each school year. All information disclosed on the application is kept confidential. Please call James Coburn at 275-2484 if you have any questions regarding the application process.

Any individual who believes they have been discriminated against with regards to the Child Nutrition Program offered by the Cuero Independent School District, may contact the Cuero Independent School Food Service Director to obtain a written complaint form. The form is turned is to be turned into the Food Service Director. The Food Service Director will turn the completed written form into the Administrative Assistant's office. The Administrative Assistant will send the original copy to the Texas Department of Agriculture, keep a copy on file according to the Federal Records Management Regulations, and provide the Superintendent if Cuero Independent School District with a copy of the complaint.
